Worst content platform ever.
In F1 the image quality is very bad both on live broadcast and especially in replay. So low res that you cannot read text on the screen. When the race is over it is not available for rewatch it is not immediately stored. You have to wait for hours to have it available while in all platforms live programs are immediately available. When you are watching live you cannot pause and go back or continue later. The chatbot in FB gives stupid pre-packed answers that are not helpful. Very disappointing quality for a content platform. They leverage their exclusivity in F1 and sell trashy experience to the viewer.
Not working for iPhone
It simply won’t open on my new iPhone 13. I’ve tried deleting it and downloading it again, I’ve tried opening it with Wi-Fi connected, mobile data, even airplane mode. It just doesn’t open. That coupled with the fact that it is ridiculously laggy on the F1 live broadcast means that I’ve officially wasted 30€. I will find a way to apply for a refund.

Always lagging
We can’t even watch a full episode with the constant lag. We subscribed to see the World Cup and the app kept crushing all the time. Now we try to watch a series but we end up turning off the tv because of the frustration due to the lag.
20 euros just thrown away for nothing. 0 respect for the customers. This app should be removed from the store.
