Perhaps the only subscription that didn’t bother me, and I’m glad for my choice. Apple Music never ends, it always has something to offer you that will win you over, if you love music it will excite you and love it. I recommend it wholeheartedly I’ve been listening to and collecting intimate music for over 25 years

It was surprising to see Apple asking to rate their own app. Happily 4 stars, however there are some serious omissions that they are very anti consumer moves. The lack of ability to control your music to other devices in 2026 is just ridiculous. Even when you’re all in the ecosystem, Apple, people still have consoles, online web players when needed etc. would be nice to control the playback. There is also a lack of diversity when asking Siri to play a specific kind of genre or mood. Inconsistent results also are more confusing. Lastly, the UI could be better, it looks new and outdated at the same time. Radio stations should be able to be saved for easier access within the app.

Overall Music app is great. It has a huge amount of songs and the latest automix feature made my music listening experience even better. But unfortunately with iOS 26 and specifically 26.4 the app is ruined! There has not been a single time that I browsed through various songs and artists without the app freezing and eventually losing all the exploration I did. I hope for a quick resolution to this cause it is a serious reason for canceling my subscription. I don’t just want to listen to music in your app but I also want to search in it and it should work as it was made for.

I’m really frustrated with Apple Music. I spend a lot of time carefully creating playlists, but most of the songs I’ve chosen suddenly disappear. This usually happens when my payment method gets declined and my subscription renewal is delayed for a few days. Even if that’s the case, I expect my playlists to be fully restored once I renew. After putting in so much effort, it’s upsetting to find them incomplete, feels like punishment. And if disappearing playlists happen for any other reason, Apple needs to fix it. I should never lose the work I’ve invested so much time in building.
