HOW TO USE THE APP & SUBSCRIPTIONS
The download of Asana Rebel is free. Get all available workouts within the app as part of the monthly subscription. If you opt for the subscription, you pay the fixed price for your country which is displayed in the app. The subscription will be renewed automatically if it is not canceled within at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your iTunes account will be charged for each new term within 24 hours prior to the expiration of the current subscription. The current term of In-App subscriptions cannot be canceled. You can disable the automatic renewal via the iTunes account settings at any time.

I am paying and cannot login with any of my emails!

So sorry you're not able to access your account. Please try deleting and reinstalling the app, then go on "I already have an account"/ "Login" and go on "forgot password" to receive a temporary one.

Refund
Downloaded the app and never got offered of the free 7 day trial. The app showed me an available offer which said €4,91/ per month which is €58,99 per year. Thought I should give it a try for a month and if it worked, to continue using it. Ended up getting charged the whole amount, with NO option of a refund in the app or a way to contact the support team which is really poor customer service to be honest.
When I tried to contact the customer support regarding the refund, it said that I have to contact apple because they are the only ones who handle the refunds and there is nothing that the customer support can do on their end.
How can I get my money back when I have no intension on actually using the app?

Thanks for your review! We don’t currently offer a trial but there is some free content available in the app. Also, it is possible to contact support Help Center section of the app.
Finally, I'm sorry for the misunderstanding regarding our pricing. We currently offer two subscriptions, one yearly and one quarterly, both of which are billed upfront in one sum.

Encouraging but confusing
Nice videos and some structure but I wonder about the organisation - how do I decide what to do, what to do again, what to avoid, or what to do regularly? All this is done behind the scenes by the app, so I’m confused. I can’t just go in and do something I like. I also struggle to watch the video and do the exercises at the same time - unless I know them well. - I want to see learning progress, a learning curve. I want to select what is good for me. - Oh and why do you track my location data???
