ASOS - Discover Fashion Online 4+

I like asos bc i have order many times up to 10+ orders and all good.. But in my last 2 orders the items are not as described in information for example 100% cotton socks said and when i received it said 61%!!
+ I have so many items that i want to buy them but in checkout you don't ship them in Greece like why you show them to buy it if you don't let me??!! also, i tried in all countries list to buy those items and none of them was allowed it for shipping.. So it's technical problem that you don't fix it!!
I have told you that and you totally ignore me even though i have ordered many times and i was very satisfied with Asos but those months the items i received are not as described that's a big shame and disrespectful to me that you don't consider my opinion

I love ASOS and the app but since the last update the selection of country is connected with the local language! This resulted myself not shopping from ASOS any more because I live in Netherlands but I don’t speak any Dutch as an example but you should take into consideration that there are many expats around the world where they don’t speak the local language! So could you please give the option of choosing English as second option to every country/language? Even the emails and offers I am receiving is in Dutch and is absolutely useless to me and I guess some more customers. Thank you

I had been a royal customer until recently. I not going to mention that you can find some brand items cheaper on their own site, but the experience I had with my last return: not only did they have the wrong date of return, but after 14 days that I hadn’t heard back from them, when I chatted with their representatives twice, after stating which items I returned, instead of suggesting a refund as soon as possible, informed me that “a team of specialists will investigate this further” and will get back to me after 12 days the latest (!!!)
