Καλό εγχείρημα, μεγάλο περιθώριο βελτιώσεων

Αρχικά να αναφέρουμε ότι είναι πολύ καλό σαν εγχείρημα. Αλλά κάπου εδώ αρχίζουν τα προβλήματα. Προσωπικά δοκίμασα το astybus. Σε περίοδο που θεωρείται low season και ημέρες καθημερινές (τέλη Ιουνίου), την ημέρα να υπολογίζετε αναμονή 10-15 λεπτά πέρα του εκτιμώμενου χρόνου. Την νύχτα που το κάλεσα μετά από αναμονή 20 λεπτών τελικά αναχώρησα με τα πόδια! Εννοείται δεν έλαβα κάποια ενημέρωση όποτε το ακύρωσα. Κάποιες φορές βέβαια οι οδηγοί προκειμένου να εξυπηρετήσουν θα σε παραλάβουν και ας είναι να έρθει διαφορετικό όχημα. Το κακό σε αυτό είναι ότι το κάνουν μιλώντας στο τηλέφωνο και οδηγώντας ταυτόχρονα…. Επίσης δεν μπορώ να καταλάβω γιατί ενώ έχω προαγοράσει ημερήσιο πακέτο 6 διαδρομών να μην μπορώ να το χρησιμοποιήσω και για δεύτερο άτομο αφαιρώντας διαδρομές από το ήδη υπάρχον πάσο.
Τέλος προσπάθησα να δοκιμάσω το Astygo ecar. Επίσης μια απογοητευτική εμπειρία καθώς δεν είχα το δίπλωμα που είναι τύπου κάρτα αλλά το παλιό. Μετά από πολλαπλά τηλεφωνήματα με την εξυπηρέτηση δυστυχώς ακόμη είμαι ακόμη σε αναμονή απάντησης μετά από 3 μέρες και ενώ φαινόταν στην εφαρμογή ότι έχουν ανεβεί οι φωτογραφίες στο τηλέφωνο μου έλεγαν ότι δεν έβλεπαν τπτ. Το συμπέρασμα μετά από αυτά: πρώιμο στάδιο της όλης φάσης, επιδέχεται πολλών βελτιώσεων.

Scam

Ότι χειρότερο .. ο τύπος τον περιμέναμε στο σωστό σημείο 18:25 για 5 λεπτά πέρασε από μπροστά μας δεν μας παρέλαβε και έφυγε ! ( είχαμε χρεωθεί ήδη 12€ ) και στην Εφαρμογή έδειχνε ότι η κούρσα είχε πραγματοποιηθεί !
Επίσης οι περισσότεροι είναι αγενής

we were waiting for the guy at the right spot 18:25 for 5 minutes he passed in front of us he didn't pick us up and left! (we had already been charged €12) and in the Application it showed that the race had taken place!
Also most are rude

Tragic

Πραγματικά ότι χειρότερο .. από άποψη τεχνολογίας εν έτη 2024 .. τραγικό .. , από άποψη φιλικής εφαρμογής τραγικό .. από άποψη χρέωσης τραγικό … πάρτε ταξί καλύτερα στην Αστυπάλαια ..
