Unprofessional

I ordered a wallet and I waited 17 days (the delivery to my country is 2-5 days) and I received a wrong item. I returned it back and I waited 4 weeks to receive a refund. I ordered it again , I send them an email to be sure that this time is the correct one and they told me that they don’t have control in the warehouse and normally they send the correct item! I waited again 18 days to receive my order and I received again the same wrong item! I spend 2 months for this situation! If they can’t help their customers for their order then who will ? They are so unprofessional and they do nothing to keep their customers happy, even tho they send 2 times wrong items!

This is the best shopping app I have ever used. The design and the interface is absolutely fantastic. When I search for a unique product with good quality this is the first place I reach to.

Perfect!

Very smooth site with clear photos and lots of details. If you check it out often you get really cheap prices. It takes about a week to get your order, in Greece, but it’s always in perfect condition and with no mistakes. Just perfect!
