What is Body Mass Index (BMI)?
Body Bass Index is a measure of body fat based on height and weight that applies to men and women. The BMI is defined as the body mass divided by the square of the body height, and is expressed in units of kg/m2, resulting from mass in kilograms and height in meters.

Embarking on your BMI tracking is as simple as inputting your gender, age, weight and height using standard or metric measures. Click the calculate button and find out if you're a healthy weight.
