Bold in Krakow and Warsaw

My experience with Bolt in those two cities is excellent. The fee is payed in advance, so there is no miss understanding at the arrival point or any dispute. The cars were clean, and the drivers polite. There’s nothing to discuss since you have put your destination at the up. Great experience. I always felt safe.

Improvements needed

Good and useful app available in several countries. I have used it both to call cars and to rent scooters, which are also among the most well-maintained ones I have used. The negatives of the application are three. First, it doesn't allow you to rate drivers later. It allows you to do it after the race is over and if you don't then you can't do it at all. Secondly, every driver has the option after you get out of the car to charge you more if he thinks he charged you cheaply, without you having the possibility to reject the increase. Thirdly, in the receipts he issues, he does not list the charges in detail, as for example in the above case I mentioned. That is, it lists the final amount without writing what was the original agreed amount and what was the amount of the increase made by the driver himself. Please take my comments seriously and improve the app.

Unprofessional behaviour

Last weekend I made a reservation for one taxi in London through bolt app at 03:35 from London Knightsbridge to Victoria Station in order to got the train to Gatwick airport for 07:00 flight. I never took any message from bolt for cancellation of my reservation and we were at the confirmed address at 03:30. Unfortunately, none taxi has appeared and we finally arrived with another taxi from free app at Victoria station after the departure of the train loosing 4 adult tickets cost 37 £. After that in order to be on time doer our flight we forced to took a taxi from Victoria Station to Gatwick paid 146 £. I contacted at bolt support department sending them all that happened asking for a compensation for their unprofessional behaviour without any result.
