Bond Safe is a “FREE App” for Tenants to record the condition of their Commercial or Residential lease, allowing Tenants to take pictures and add comments of every room as evidence to provide the Real Estate Agent upon vacating the premises ensuring the FULL RETURN of their deposit Bond. Each Bond Safe Application can be updated every twelve (12) months and stays valid for a period of five (5) years from the date of the last update. Bond Safe will email your Agent letting them know you have registered an Application allowing them to download a copy for their file from our website www.realtyguru.agency. The Bond Safe Application can be used in a Court or Tribunal as evidence in a dispute to secure your Bond Money. To create a Bond Safe Application is simple, just download the App and create a “FREE” Tenant account, fill in a new Application, provide a heading for each room, take close up pictures with good lighting of the condition of the walls, light switches, floors and ceilings, make sure to include any marks on surfaces or carpets, add detailed comments, then upload and move onto the next room. Take as many pictures as you like, Bond Safe does not limit the size of your Application so be thorough to secure your Deposit Bond.
