A gem of a game
I was very pleasantly surprised by this one. The developers have created the most respectful parody of Diablo you could imagine. It’s obvious that they are fans, but they didn’t fall into the trap of making the same old game. Instead, they managed to create a fresh and exciting ARPG, keeping the idea behind Diablo and some of the gameplay, but adding cards to make it even deeper, creating monsters with different abilities, which make the player think more strategically, and so on.
There’s no question as to whether this game is worth the money, it’s one of the best games I’ve played recently, on any platform. Extra props to the makers for not using in-app purchases and ads, which is a rare sight these days, unfortunately. Thing Trunk, thank you and well done!
