You do not need to be a great business analyst, the questions are simple and easy to understand precisely so that any user can answer them with a sufficient level of presicion.
Probably, this app you will save time and money on the use of assessment tools much more complex and expensive, which may be more precise but it will not provide a better support to make a decision to start a business.
The app will give you guidance to help you make a decision on the planned business, based on the developer's experience, but logically the final decision is yours (maybe the answers you give are not as reliable as you think).
Whether business is good, as if business is bad, the final decision is only yours.
