Candy simply-Fi App allows you to communicate with your appliance. Beside assisting in carrying out daily activities ""Candy simply-Fi"" increases functionality making your product or the set of products more intelligent and performing.
To take advantage from Candy simply-Fi functionality you need to acquire one or more appliances equipped with Candy Wi-Fi connected technology (Smart Fi+, Smart Fi) or Smart Touch) and a compatible device.(*)
Product range manageable via Candy simpy-Fi App includes Washing machines, Washerdryers, Tumble Dryers, Dishwashers, Refrigerators, Ovens, Hobs and Hoods.
With the integrated Demo mode you can explore most of the functionality of Candy simply-Fi App, before purchasing an appliance of the range.

Needs allot of improvements.
Add “works with google” so we can add the machine AND control it via the google app, add a consumption graph for water and electricity, improve the graphics of the app they’re too harsh. Re arrange the actions, fix the problem with devices being unable to be used outside of your home. And much more. If those minor changes were done the app would rank higher and honestly would make all of us happy. Especially if we could control it and view it on out google home, it’s a smart appliance we need the ability to add it to smart homes.
connection issues
Every time I want to wash my clothes I waste 30 minutes to connect the application to the washing machine. I sent you that I have connection issues and you ask me what problem I have! CONNECTION ISSUES is the problem. FIX IT.
please give me my money back to buy another brand. this device is usless for me without this function.
Hi, I bought this device cause of the wifi function. I'm using iPhone 12 mini (running the latest iOS version) also the app candy simply-FI is the latest version. Since the first day I have connection issues between iPhone and candy device. the app says there is no internet connection (the internet connection is working properly). some times I get a message there is no internet connection, the internet connection is running properly AGAIN. So, when I have to wash anything I have to spend about 30 minutes to try any kind of trick to get connected! I don't have this time to waste for a 759€ device. It's too expensive to not working properly. Please, I would like my money back to buy another device that will be fully functional. Contact me to solve that.

Just give me my money back. I will not buy any candy device for ever, it's a PROMISE.
Would be perfect if the connection was stable
I think that it is a decent app but there is a huge problem for the appliances to stay connected and detectable all the time.
It is so hard to use it as an everyday app because it continuous to lose connection all the time. There is no pattern for this, sometimes it works properly and sometimes it doesn’t work at all. Most of the times we have to remove an appliance from the app and configurate it from scratch.
Please, dear customer service, don’t post any automated response. I surely have checked distances, router specs etc etc. Every other smart appliance in house is working properly, except candy. Please fix the appliances. Otherwise it is just a scam
