I can’t cancel
I can’t cancel my subscription, I’m no longer in Dubai. and money is constantly debited for subscription plus. and I wrote to them in support, one month they withdrew my money and the next month they continued to withdraw more money

Drivers kept asking different prices- No warranty offered from the app
Honestly every time you could call a taxi in Aswan and Luxor the driver would call you and ask for a different price far from the apps one. Cancelled the offered rude multiple times because the drivers were not happy to take it and kept asking for different fair. Can’t get why we need the app if we are offered the increased tourist price

The worst delivery ever this captain late 45 minutes and bring me a cold pizza .after this they tell me on the phone they will refund me and they give me 15 dirhams no 90 that I paid .. and the manager never call me to solve the problem..never trust this ridiculous company again ..I’m still waiting my refund and manager call but I’m sure this liers will never do
