Chew Coach is your pocket meal timer app that helps you lose weight by eating slower during meals. This allows your stomach to tell your brain you are full before you overeat. It's proven that slowing your eating habits will allow you to eat less food, lose weight faster, and keep it off. The eating timer allows you to carefully manage the time to chew and liquify your food before you swallow. Featuring voice and haptic feedback, the app allows you to focus on eating slowly, resting between bites, and continuing until the meal is consumed much slower.

Chew Coach also features an all-new "smart mode," which uses intelligent algorithms to adjust the meal timer based on your current and goal weight.

Chew Coach prevents your phone from falling asleep so you may view and listen to your eating timer. This allows you to focus more on mindful eating and enjoying your meal.

Chew Coach also features charts that provide visual feedback on meals and a full history of every meal you consumed, grouped by day. It even lets you snap a picture of the meal to recognize your history easily.
