Mandromahi
Downloaded the app to pay for parking at Evelpidon last night. Staying close to the entrance but far enough to have good reception 3bars 4g on my iPhone- still app kept blocking me with a popup banner saying I need to get better internet connection. Meanwhile withing the parking area there is no reception at all.. so empty promises and annoying app altogether

I’m not able to book a car wash via the mobile app. Right after the step for paying with credit card, I receive a message that there was an unexpected error!And there is no history of past transactions in my profile.

For example did the error appear before or after selecting payment method? If it was after selecting the payment method did you choose an already saved one or added a new one? Thank you in advance

I downloaded the app to get a promised 20% discount. Bottom line, it didn’t work, I couldn’t pay and I spent 15 mins trying - and I’m pretty tech savvy, tried scanning QR codes, asking for user support, tried to look up the specific parking lot, nada. Don’t even try… (Plus parking was expensive)

From our understanding you could not pay your ticket through the app. This functionality ("zenParking") can be found by pressing the car icon at the top left of the home screen with the indication "pay here". Hopefully we can have the opportunity to serve you better in the future.

I downloaded the app to get a promised 20% discount. Bottom line, it didn’t work, I couldn’t pay and I spent 15 mins trying - and I’m pretty tech savvy, tried scanning QR codes, asking for user support, tried to look up the specific parking lot, nada. Don’t even try… (Plus parking was expensive)
