Editors’ Notes

With its clean, colourful interface and intuitive swipe controls, Clear makes managing to-do lists across multiple devices lightning-fast and almost effortless. Its rainbow-hued checklists are like miniature works of art, making it simple to tell at a glance what you need to do and how urgently you need to do it. Bells? Whistles? Nah, but that’s by design. The developers knows that creating a to-do list is about managing chores, not creating new ones.

Magnificent touch features!!!

The unique way it interacts with touch gestures is magnificent! But i cannot say it is ready to "remove" reminders and notes (native apps). About reminders (i mention it because many compare clear with reminders) this app is not capable, yet, to remind you like reminders do. It isnt in the notification center-it hasnt got any notification mechanism at all (and dont forget the geographical remind option). And about notes, i wouldnt rush to say that clear beats it for three reasons: first, its the speed and ease of access (eg. if you are in the middle of a phone call or in a rush and you want to make a quick note, by opening clear you might stumble on the lists or the menu and then you have to go through all that until you type-instead with notes you just hit the + and type), second is the short length of the note you can make (it lets you type only in the row you see :( ), and third its the cloud backup (clear doesnt support it).
I believe its great for taking notes like a shopping list and simmilar (as they say too) but it still need some features before i can replace notes or reminders (or even both) with it!!! In the end though, i must say a great thank you for the unique touch interface experience they gave to us!!!!
Sorry for the long post :)

Update killed the iCloud sync

Sync through iCloud does not work anymore as of the last "update" of the app, thus rendering it almost useless if you have more than one iOS devices. It's a pity, since it used to be a very good app -but not anymore.
