Hello , I’ve been playing this game for 3 years now and lately I’ve noticed that there’s a bug in the game and almost every time I try to get in by the time “loading” appears , the game immediately throws me out and I can’t play. Please fix this and Thank you !

Hello! We sincerely apologize for this problem - our specialists are now working on it and we hope that in the future we can solve it. At the moment we can offer these steps, they might help : - clean cache of application and device; - don't run Clockmaker with other applications in the background; - turn off and on Clockmaker each 15-20 minutes; - clean up the memory of your device. If you have less than 1GB of free space on your device, that might affect the game. If it doesn't help, then reinstall the game as a solution to this problem (but do not do this until you finish reading). To save progress your game should be connected to Facebook. Ensure that your game is connected to Facebook, reinstall the game, and connect it again to restore the progress. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

The spider web at this game it’s simply the worst...I’m stuck in a level over a week and I’m not going to buy extra moves. The webs are blocking every bombs or other extras and after that you simply make moves without impact. If you are lucky enough probably you will make it
