Address Verification Failing, Support doesn’t exist
Hello non existent support, you asked again after years of being your customer to send you my address. I started feeling uncomfortable about the safety of your platform as you cannot verify my legal address in any way tried already by sending you multiple pictures of any kind of proof that I live in this address. I have 2 residents and I have already tried both with many ways such as: Nike’s paper address, Easy Mail’s paper, Documents of my Government papers, My owns businesses papers and my Electricity Bill’s paper. I’m super tired trying to prove to a robot where I live. Use your Human Resources to read permanently and right what I am sending to you. Give me a solution or an email address with a human reading behind to send you proof of where I live immediately. You don’t even have an email to contact you anymore.
Not User friendly nor trustworthy
I was advised to use coin base from friends, i don’t know why i am even trying, the app is not well developed .
I spend over 30 mins try to sign in , this is something that i would definitely not trying to do with other apps if their product do not worth it.
There is no support option while you are trying to verify Your identity,
i had to create another account with a spare email because it doesnt give you the Option to Edit any of your info in order to accept you document.
I had to Select 27 of September in order for the platform to be filled with 28, your services are not user friendly at all.
Now i keep uploading the utility bill that states everything i have been requested with no answer or any guidence on what i should do.
