Manually entered address
I could not manually enter my address. App is not matched with Google maps
Ease of use
Whilst this app is a very good idea it is far too difficult to use. The photo check is too fussy and difficult to do especially if you have to touch your chin while taking a selfie. The passport scan guide lines cannot be easily aligned with the passport page details and how do you ensure your passport is flat while scanning!! My passport is nearly 8 years old and still doesn’t lie flat.
