Language
The selected language is German . How can I turn it in English ?
Horrible experience
I'm in a rush to get the train to the airport. Google maps suggests getting a ticket from the website.
While everything is going normally on the website and without any reason the website hits a deadend and asks me to install the app.
Logging in the wifi.
downloading the app.
While using the app it cannot find any of the names of the airport or the main train station with their English names.
Eventually finding them and app pops up a window putting me BACK in the BROWSER.
BROWSER asks me to make an account and register.
Registration doesn't like my password, page deletes all fields with no errors or warnings.
BROWSER does not remember my card details and apple pay is not an option.
I type my card details and get the ticket.
What a WASTE of time!
This app is to not reach your destination unless at least 30 minutes late.
It is like devil designed it to torture people who want to go someplace on time.
Serious delays, had me walking 10 minutes away while there was another station right next to me.
Waste of time. Good luck!
