My notifications
I’m satisfied from depop!
Buuut I have a problem , i can’t see my notifications on my screen phone. I have I phone 6s , I went to my settings but all is good. That’s not good because all of my thinking every day is to be every minute in the app and check for messages.

problems
I am unable to log into my account through my main phone, however when I tried from my friend’s I was perfectly able to. What should I do in this situation?

Customer service is a disappointment
Depop is deactivating listings of authentic items without even a notice, probably because they thing they are unauthentic and then you have to send them emails with proofs of authenticity to finally replace the listing. Whilst so many fakes are sold through Depop, they choose to deactivate the authentic ones without even inform you via email to sort the matter. Customer care only works after the listing has been deactivated, so you have to send them email stating the item is authentic for it to be uploaded again.

Hi Matina, we know this process can be a bit annoying so we apologise for this. It's only in place to make sure we start cracking down on those pesky fakes. Once we have proof we will ofcourse make sure the listing is back up and running. If you see any item that may be counterfeit, please do send us a report! With the help of our community we can get on it like Speedy Gonzales.
