Charged for another hour
I had my house cleaned and it says at the description to say approximately how much time we will need and i said 4 hours. We were finished in three hours. I was charged for 4 hours and had a cleaning for 3 hours. It says approximately how long is the cleaning going to take. So if we need an hour less then why did you charge me for an hour more? And i just recieved a call from Douleuteras telling me that 4 hours is the minumun hours that they charge and they don’t arrange appointments for less than 4 hours. Maybe say that before we arrange the appointement. And instead saying approximately, say minumun hours. This is unexceptable. Not using the service again. I have to mention that the cleaning lady Fifi is great.
