1. Fixed an issue where notebooks might not be archived properly.
2. Fixed an issue where users could not edit notes normally.
3. Fixed an issue where clipboard content could not be pasted to a note properly.
4. Fixed an issue where search criteria might not work properly.
5. Fixed some issues regarding voice input.
6. Fixed an issue where the app might quit unexpectedly upon glide typing input.
7. Fixed an issue where the arrow keys on an external keyboard might not work properly.
8. Minor bug fixes and stability enhancement.

The note-taking app that could have been but didn’t

It’s 2020, iOS 14 is here but this app hasn’t seen any real improvements since 5 years ago that I tried it first time. I take notes for a great many things and it would have been great to be able to store them on our Diskstations rather than iCloud or whatever, but this app doesn’t quite cut it.

- the interface is still cumbersome
- no way to paste formatted text and/or mixed content (e.g. text + images)
- to make matters worse, no drag-and-drop from other apps
- only two levels of “nesting”. Shelves and folders, nothing deeper

That isn’t very helpful when I already have around ~800 very organised notes in Apple Notes and I want to migrate to this one.

Synology otherwise makes great products and apps, but here they could have done a LOT better
