Description
Duo Mobile works with Duo Security's two-factor authentication service to make logins more secure. The application generates passcodes for login and can receive push notifications for easy, one-tap authentication on your iPhone, iPad, or Apple Watch.
Additionally, you can use Duo Mobile to manage two-factor authentication for other application and web services that make use of passcodes.
Note: For Duo accounts, Duo Mobile needs to be activated and linked to your account before it will work. You will receive an activation link as part of Duo's enrollment process. You may add third-party accounts at any time.

Hi, I'm sorry to hear you are having trouble logging in. If you have recovery codes from Instagram (these were provided when you first enable 2FA) or you added a mobile number to your account, please try to log in via a desktop or mobile browser and when prompted for 2FA select one of these alternate methods. If this does not work, please select "Forgot Password?" from the Instagram login screen. From there, tap "Need more help?" below the "Next" button and follow the on-screen instructions to report your account as lost and wait for Instagram's assistance. Duo does not have access to your accounts, credentials, or recovery codes.
