Error login
I’ve getting error login hundred times over the last year. only support can solve the issue and they are always busy when you call them. I even deleted my ipad from devices, useless app for a very expensive monthly fee. I pay 46€ a month and can’t even watch my paid services. Your app needs an entire overhaul ASAP

Can’t connect
While I’m trying to connect to EON, an error always occurs and I can’t connect my subscription to the app. I called to customer’s support and they don’t know what’s happening. Now I wanna cancel my subscription and the department of terminations tells me that there’s a penalty if I cancel my subscription before the two-year of contract. Is there anyone who can actual help me here? The help would be much appreciated.

Can’t watch a single game
Every 15-30 seconds the screen freezes no matter the device and I have to press play in order for the livestream to catch up… Contacted support and the advice they had to give me was to delete and re download the app… Honestly its just a waste of money as I can’t even watch a match properly and I’m on the verge of canceling my subscription.
