Meta Business Suite 4+

I recently purchased an Iphone Pro Max 14 and transferred all data from my old iphone (iphone XS Max) to the new. All apps are working. But the app Meta business suite although i deleted and installed again, says not internet found when i open it. Of course i have internet either wifi or 5g. Facebook and Messenger is working so there is no question about it. But Meta Business suite has a serious bug and is not loading. Shows a white blank screen that says “there is no interner. Try again”. In my old iPhone XS the app is working fine, so i have to carry 2 iphones, the old one to cover my old facebook pages and support my customers on the go with posts or stories. I would appreciate if someone from the support can look after this bug becaus even deleting the app and reinstalling, does bit not solve the issue.

Update. The issues has been resolved the following day without doing anything. Somehow the app is opening. So i am really happy to work as i wanted. Hopefully someone saw my previous message and probably refreshed my credentials, i am thankful.

The app has stopped working, and it gives a message that there is no internet connection while the iPhone 13 Pro Max is working normally on the internet. Please can you let me know what should I do?

Have many gaps in usage and not the tools as a business users!
1. Is have problems to saw comments in business pages
2. It have difficulties to post something in the accounts
3. It can’t the things that are supposed to do: business management off insta and Facebook accounts by one app!
- The posts and stories have minimum abilities and flexibility also the same for reels
4. Haven’t a way to blocking comments that have make fake accounts as spams and hide them front the main page!
- It can’t be someone comment in old ratings to spam clients that make an review for our business page and have the opportunity spam pages, makes intrusion on people who rate us! But far more haven’t the opportunity to erase them all spam comments with one key.
5. And most unlikely, haven’t the opportunity to control to the shops and shops page and I have to do it all by a computer device page! What’s the point to have a business account manager and can’t manage the shop and items from an iPad??????

However it’s an only way to manage insta and fb of my business, without loose any updates of the business the same time I have in apps insta and fb my personal accounts and don’t want to switch accounts for only checks!!!

We are a business accounts and need business account management! Not more not less, just usability the app that makes that!

It’s like coffee machine that’s doesn’t do cold coffee but have ice cube maker build in!!
