SUBSCRIPTION DETAILS
Premium service gives access to advanced features of the app. Non-subscribed users will only be able to complete day 1 of the training program. You may need to subscribe to our premium service if you wish to continue your workouts.
• Payment is charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can turn off the auto-renew subscription from your device settings.
• Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription.
To manage your subscription or turn off auto-renewal on your iPhone:
1. Open the Settings app
2. Tap your name or Apple ID
3. Tap Subscriptions
4. Tap the subscription you want to manage
5. Use the options to manage your subscription

Completely inconsistent
This app is not using an algorithm that can actually regulate your personal pace. From one day to the other one it completely forgets your exercise level and your goals and goes from level 0 of difficulty to level 10, with regards to interval times between exercises, repetitions of the exercise and actual difficulty of the exercise. IT IS NOT A WELL MAINTAINED AND REGULATED APP.
