Awful

Shameful ! After the change of the app about a year and a half ago, when it was impossible to open purchased copies when were offline, as e.g. In a plane in a commercial flight, the app was made so heavy that with 3 copies ( months ) it took about a minute to start. Finally when you have a full year downloaded, it will start after 15 minutes, or crash 4 out of 5 times. The last copy, I managed to download it after ten attempts, but never managed to read it. Now the app won't start again. It crashes 100%.

Pity. The worst app on earth. Pity because the previous version, which worked for the first two online copies, worked in either portrait or landscape format, flawlessly. I was silly enough to buy the annual subscription, but now have to buy the printed copies again.

Shame

Of course you do not dare to show customers reviews. I have this application almost a year now, and after the last update I cannot even open the application to read my issues. Shame to you. I am flying magazine subscriber since 1974 and now I have to buy the printed copy to read while I paid my subscription for the iPad.

Big shame to you - not even a message to apologize for what you have done. And when you will fix this?

All I can tell, this is not the way things suppose to work when you get paid from customers. Shame.
