1 star is too much for that joke

I gave them my passport, bank account, Linkedin, credit card and everything they asked for. They told me that my account is verified and when i asked for a withdrawal they restricted my account and denied the withdrawal after 14 days (!!!) and told me to wait another 14 days without being sure that the withdrawal will take place... when i am asking why my account is restricted since the verification took place and they confirmed it, they are replying with “its under review” not a single reason why it is under review though... just stay away, unless you work for a hobby...

Chat problems

Its a very heavy app. Most of it works fine but the chat has many bugs. Once you minimize the app you wont be able to get the new messages when you reopen. You ll have to close from background and open again...

Hello there, we appreciate your feedback. There are two (2) ways to make sure notifications are activated. One is within your mobile device, and the other is on the app itself. Enabling notifications from your mobile device: go to your device's settings > Notifications > tap the Freelancer.com app > tick the "Allow Notifications" switch to enable it. Enabling notifications using the app: tap the Recent Projects (open folder icon) from the upper-right hand side > Settings (cog icon) > tick the "On this Device" slider to enable it.
