Very reliable and very professional. I recommend getyourguide for all your trips. I book activities only with them. I had an issue that I couldn’t resolve through emails however I got a solution when I communicated through WhatsApp
Not enough information. Too many hidden terms.
Watch out for the hidden terms when you book with get your guide. There’s too many of them and you may end up losing your money, as it happened to us. We booked the Heineken experience together with a canal tour in Amsterdam but we were denied entrance to Heineken because our children were under 18 years old. Something that was in the hidden terms of the description of the booking. Losing that we decided at least to take the canal cruise, in which we would enter just outside the Heineken museum. But it wasn’t like this. We would have to walk 2,6 km to get to the entrance point for the canal tour. So you’d better book every tour or venue visit directly through the providers because these mediators don’t offer anything and at the end if the day, for every booking you might want to make, you have to turn anyway to the providers because get your guide provides zero service.

4 minutes
For a 4 minute unexpected delay I lost the bus to Brasov, Romania from a local activity provider in Bucharest. The tour guide didn’t not even send a text OR EVEN answered to my texts. After I contacted the customer support of GetYourGuide to ask for a refund, for the activity providers apathy and lack of interest they informed me that my request falls out their cancellation policy. It seems like their cancellation policy doesn’t take into account how their activity providers treat their customers. At least GetYourGuide answer their messages. It’s a start. Like I said to my email I’m much “obliged”. Thank you both. “Exceptional” services. Really “supporting”. I even booked another trip with the same activity provider and paid another 70€. And it’s not because I didn’t have a choice 😛. Since I know in Germany the best mark for a student is eins(1) here is your one star (only because I can’t give you 0).
