Very reliable and very professional. I recommend getyourguide for all your trips. I book activities only with them. I had an issue that I couldn’t resolve through emails however I got a solution when I communicated through WhatsApp
4 minutes
For a 4 minute unexpected delay I lost the bus to Brasov, Romania from a local activity provider in Bucharest. The tour guide didn’t not even send a text OR EVEN answered to my texts. After I contacted the customer support of GetYourGuide to ask for a refund, for the activity providers apathy and lack of interest they informed me that my request falls out their cancellation policy. It seems like their cancellation policy doesn’t take into account how their activity providers treat their customers. At least GetYourGuide answer their messages. It’s a start. Like I said to my email I’m much “obliged”. Thank you both. “Exceptional” services. Really “supporting”. I even booked another trip with the same activity provider and paid another 70€. And it’s not because I didn’t have a choice 😛. Since I know in Germany the best mark for a student is eins(1) here is your one star (only because I can’t give you 0).

Very bad experience
Poor communication, and zero details about the trip we booked, which created confusion about the activities we would do. Also not pick up and drop off in our appartment and five minutes before the meeting time he send us a message to go to a different place , 20 minutes from our apartment even though he said he would pick us up. He almost left us in Zakopane because “he forgot us” . Also he contacted us very late at the night (hours before our trip) that the confirmation email was a fixed email for everyone so we have to pay more for activities that were already included in the email that you sent us!! Not the experience that we expected and promised so we wouldn’t recommend your agency to anyone!!
