Much needed improvements for better integration with iOS and iPadOS
This has been my main writing tool on my iPad for three years now. Unfortunately, problems I had since day one have yet to be fixed. Keyboard support on iOS is always extremely laggy, Google takes no advantage of Haptic Touch or any other features, mouse/trackpad integration is clunky, especially scrolling through pages, and there is no support for keyboard shortcuts to change between font styles, or copy paste (without the dedicated cut and paste keys), none that I could find in my three years of usage, at least. There needs to be some serious revamp with this, because through every iOS update it has been getting slower and laggier, every time. Words won’t type out unless I wait for five whole seconds, my keyboard gets locked to English and I can’t change it unless I close and relaunch the app, it’s a productivity killer.
Stutters with larger text files
The app is great as far as its syncing throughout virtually all the major platforms. It’s really gasping though when you try to type anything within large files, especially if they have images dispersed into them. Please try to make this better, it would really help wean people away from Apple Pages which, frankly does a great job handling text-and-images and offers an enticing experience overall.
