Why don’t you update the app?
Why don’t you update the app? It’s two years old and app interface doesn’t match iOS 13. Did you end support of H4, now that H4 Plus has been released? Please let me know. Other than that, I have to tel you that low battery notification of this, does not mention the name of the accessory. This way we are not able to identify which accessory is the one running low on battery.
