Description
The Healthplex Fitness Center is located in the St Barnabas Hospital Health and Wellness Center. Within this app, you can create your personal profile along with, search the class schedule, book exercise classes and access account information. Healthplex Fitness Center is a medically based gym that promotes healthier lifestyles through exercise. We specialize in tailored programs and protocols for specific chronic diseases and conditions, as well as, general fitness for all. The center has state of the art equipment to service all needs, in addition to two fitness studios that feature many classes including, cycling, yoga, Pilates, and many more health and wellness activities.
