Version 2.29.0
The newest version of the Hellenic Bank mobile app includes enhancements to the navigation of the app improving the accessibility to the more menu via multiple locations and the addition of the "Products" menu to the bottom navigation. Additionally customers can now download monthly account statements via the "Manage" option under the "Accounts" menu. The version also contains a number of fixes and updates to enhance your mobile banking experience.

Problem with biometrics
It’s been a while that I’m using the app and every time I enable to log in with biometrics and while it’s enabled I have to put my passcode to log in the app. It’s annoying because I have the feature and can’t use it while it’s enabled.
Annoyingly old!
The app remains old, (very old to be exact).
There is no fingerprint or Face ID in order to sign in.
It constantly needs to be uninstalled, then re-installed , and then several times the 8-digit pin to be re-activated.
Many times it produces an error, whereas one cannot log into it, therefore becoming useless!
Apparently, NO ONE at Hellenic Bank cares, because there are no improvements whatsoever for the last few years (to say the least).
I once got accidentally locked out of my internet banking using wrong pin, on a Saturday and had to wait till Monday for the bank to open and get customer support (the only support they provide during weekends is if you lose your card - to block it).
Shame!
We live in 2020 ladies and gents!
