Stay informed of your work habits. Hello Mindful logs your activity so you can honestly reflect on how you spend your time and make adjustments.

Acknowledge your accomplishments and rate your engagement in your daily work.

Hello Mindful offers several types of accounts based on your needs:

*Free: Access the basic tools for mindfulness at work, and sync to the web app if desired.

*Pro: Access to the Today Page, Capture Page, Mindful Breaks Reminders, Engagement Rating, and more. Subscribe at $2.99/month or $24.95/year.

*Team: Connect with teammates to let them know if you are busy focusing or available for collaboration and managing the requests Queue. Subscribe at $5.99/month or $49.95/year

Subscriptions are charged to your iTunes account and automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Auto-renewal can be disabled at any time from your iTunes account settings. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal. Any unused portion of your paid term is non-refundable.
