What’s New
Version 2.10.1
The new firmware updates screen allows you to easily update and manage the firmware on all your devolo devices from a single place.
The list of connected clients is now loaded in background, allowing you to use the app without waiting for all the clients to load.

Good
There’s not much to say, it works as expected, though it needs some extra functionality. You need to be able to set a custom IP to look for adapters, because the app cant find the adapters after making a subnetwork, because it won’t scan to different subnets, hence forced to use a browser instead of the app.
Be careful. The firmware update bricks the 1200+ wifi ac adapter
Today i used the app on my iPhone to update my dlan 1200+ wifi ac adapters (it found that my adapters were on 5.3.3 and wanted to update them to 5.6.1)
After finishing the update the adapters were still on 5.3.3 but now in the web interface there was a banner statin press here to update to the new firmware.
I did that on the first adaptor, the process went as expected but in the end the wifi did not work and after a reboot the device is stack with a solid red light on the power line button.
Nothing could fix that (not even a reset to hardware defaults) so now i have a bricked adapter and another 2 with a banner asking to press for update.
Already expecting some feedback from Devolo
REMOTE MANAGMENT MAGIC 2?????
With the existing app it is possible to manage magic 2 only when you are on the same network.
It is intended to enable the possibility of opening an account so that remote management is also possible ???
it would be very useful.
