It does less than it should
It’s an app that connects your phone to your printer and helps you print. However, if your screen goes dark while you are printing via the app, the printing gets canceled, which is silly if one has to print 10+ pages
The app works fine for mobile phone, but issues with pc
The app works fine with mobile phone, I am very satisfied. But out of the blue, scanner and other adjustments do not work on pc, while the app sees the printer and its connections. It says ask for help, I don’t want to lose my time on trying to fix the app’s issues on pc. I tried what they recommmended, it didn’t work out, the scan order won’t work from hp smart app on pc. That’s frustrating. I feel I am just losing my time here trying to fix issues and contact hp, issues that they should be solved anyway.
Every time i have to login
It can’t login!!! You have to login to use the printer. But , i can’t login. Also , in the past when I tried to print , the printer function very much slower than a PC app!!!
