Ridiculously mediocre
It’s a disgrace for HSBC as a bank to have such an app for it’s customers. Probably it’s one of the most outdated banking apps. The UI is absolutely non intuitive, the app crashes from time to time, it responds slowly and none of all other functions that other banks offer. Additionally in HSBC payments take days to register on the accounts and appear, obviously because they rely on old technology while on other banks they appear instantly.
Disappointed from this app in every section
This is the worst app I ve ever used in general, not just apps for mobile banking. Clearly outdated comparing to other banks’ apps, very slow UI and from the moment that the Touch ID was released the app doesn’t even load in order to login, so you have to uninstall and reinstall it again. Quite disappointing comparing to HSBC as a bank.
