To activate the service, you must log-in using your i-bank Internet Banking credentials or your NBG prepaid card or i-bank Payband.

Problems with latest iPhone
I receive multiple verification codes for a transaction and then the app crashes and eventually I can not do the transaction.
Add Contacts search to IRIS Payment menu ASAP
I do not face the contactless payments that other people have since nbg supports Apple Pay now. My MAJOR issue is that when trying to make an IRIS payment there is no Phone contacts search option. As a result I have to MANUALLY look for the number EVERY TIME for people that do not have i-bank pay (non-nbg iris clients). Please add this option. Should be fairly easy to implement since the app already has phone contact access
Very annoying..
I’ve used this app for a couple of years and it’s honestly quite bad..the potential is there..but it never actually works from when I first open it..once Face ID kicks in..it either freezes and never actually loads..or it crashes..I have to close it and try it again 2-3 times before it actually works..just work with Apple Pay and make our lives easier..
