SUBSCRIPTION PRICING & TERMS
Sweat is free to download. Ongoing use requires an active subscription, available on a monthly or yearly basis. New customers who choose a monthly subscription are eligible for a free trial period. Yearly subscriptions are billed the total annual fee from purchase date. Monthly subscription users are billed per month.

Payment will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. There is no increase in price when renewing.

Really good workout app

I had doubts cause of the high price but definitely I feel stronger compare with free app i were previously using (which was perfectly fine ). Sweat is better if you want to see results faster. The only con for me is, the low protein and low calorie food menus

Update: it’s amazing that you responded to my review! That alone worths an extra star!! I will consider your advice and carefully increase the amount of the lean high protein foods in the existing meal plan or add a protein powder. Thanks

The meal plan within the Sweat app has been created by our team of nutrition experts incorporating sufficient requirements of each food group. While you should get enough daily protein following the meal plan alone, you can certainly add some protein powder or high protein foods to your daily meals to suit your individual preferences and goals!😊💧

Great fitness app

I downloaded the app during quarantine and I really had not many expectations. Turns out to be a really well designed app, the workouts of BBG are well explained and progressive, has a very strong community that motivates you, encourages you and answers all possible questions. Only thing I could suggest is to 1) add how many calories someone burns per set and 2) to be able show the exercises in landscape

Huge variety of programmes

This is the app for you, if you want to lose weight. First of all if u want to stay strong and healthy. Numerous exercises for you, personalized, many instructors, many equipment or not schedules. Diet advice, meals suggestions, easy contact with the team. I would add a calories section, how many I burn per program, but not that necessary. Download it, you’ll win.

Thank you so much for your support Maritina! We appreciate your feedback in relation to calories - The best way to track this is via a fitness tracking device such as an Apple Watch. As the amount of calories burnt varies based on the individual, this is the best way to achieve accurate results 😊
