Glitches

It’s a great game. However since yesterday it glitches and it stops playing and it doesn’t save the progress.

Game crashes

Every time I get an ad to watch , I watch it ..and not always but almost always after the ad ends or skip it , the game crash and I loose all my progress but I don’t get the ‘money’ I spent on the game back . For example , I was working at the police station and I was helping the costumers then the game crashed and when I re opened it , I was not helping any costumer and all the costumers where gone from the station .. same for my other sims , any action they were doing was cancelled

After a long time it deletes accounts

The game although is very good and I have been playing it for a very long time and spend money I deleted it for a year and when I wanted to log back in the account was gone.... so could you by any chance help me retrieve the account.
