Excellent but keeps on crashing

The program is constantly crashing on startup. Please check and update for bug fixes in iOs version 13.4.1

What an awful video player!!!

Great lessons indeed. Great prices also. But guys come on. What is this player? Why does sound stop every 5 seconds. Tried with both by iphone devices... At least web version works great.

Update: Thank you for your immediate response. I will send to your support. It seems that the problem appears after I jump to a specific point at a video. If i refresh and start playing from the beginning sound is fine.

The offline mode is not working

The content of Udemy is great. However Udemy has not put any effort the last years to correct their buggish and low perfomance app. The offline mode doesn’t work and even if you have downloaded the courses on the phone, the app doesn’t show the video or the video stops or the voice is not coherent with the video. Generally you can not use it for downloading and watching later courses. Only with the active internet works. PLEASE FIX IT!
