Will not load new levels!!

It takes weeks to load new levels
Evan though there are new levels out
I update often but still nothing

Strange things

I really like the game but for the last month or so the app is crashing, despite the fact that I update frequently. This “coincidently” happens when I’m winning a hard level that I was playing for a time and on top of that my progress is not saved. Some times I get a “your connection failed” message, which is strange since everything works ok on my phone.
Also since the ads with the rewards started the app is randomly deciding whether to give you a reward or not, which is especially frustrating when it’s for e.g. extra moves and you were kind of expecting them.
These maybe random discrepancies but they don’t seem to get fixed with the updates.

Game gets worse every year

First of all, BRING OLD HERO MODE BACK. You robbing us from points. Give more lives and prizes. Other King games give way more prizes. Stop beeing a solemn PTW game. After the buyout, game keeps getting worse. Do better, your players are disappointed!

Edit: I returned to the game after a year and i can say there have been great improvements, devs did a good work listening to complaints. Great work. Keep improving one of our most fav game
