I had to log in on a web browser, change my password, and then finally reinstall a third time and was able to enter without the blank screen.

The UI is vastly improved. You have done really nice work on this.

Responsibility for the rest may sit elsewhere but sharing as it’s a poor customer experience:

Unfortunately, opportunities to integrate payment (still done through a third party where you need to enter all card details) and entering personal information for each payment in app - email and phone) prior to third party pop-up are required. Please consider removing this unnecessary bureaucracy in future developments. Most apps integrate personal data and payment methods.

Please also integrate live payment updates. Now I’m back in the app, my bill appears to be unpaid, so as always I need to keep the email confirmations.

Great start but customer ease of use must be vastly improved.

Your new app has a better UI but the functionality is the same. The graphs has limited time range and with out any actual value. At least I would like to see at least:
My consumption and my bills for more than one year in a single graph
The price per KWh for any time period
Projection of my electrical consumption for the next months based on the history
The price comparison with other types of invoices and the option to change my invoicing type

If I had a euro for every time the app didn’t open, the monthly bill would cost me nothing.
Fix the app asap, people are paying you big money.
