Very helpful
This app really helps you get out of your comfort zone and get a bite sized workout that for my age it’s a bit much but I would very much like it if we wouldn’t have to pay money for more workouts because what if someone is desperately trying to lose weight and want to work out but with a free price but other then that this app is one that I would definitely recommend if you want to lose weight
Great, however...
It’s great as a workout app and it’s helpful that there’s a little person displaying the exercises, however, I think what would be even more beneficial is also showing what muscles improve with each movement! I believe it would really be helpful to a majority of people!
