The application keeps crashing
Using iPhone 12 with updates software (14.7.1) I can open the app, login and then whatever I press it keeps crashing, doesn’t let me use it at all.
The answer I received is amazing, I reinstalled the app many times and it just crash every single time. It’s clearly a faulty app and it’s hilarious your tech support said everything is fine. You should reconsider the people working on your app and tech team.

We recommend you to uninstall and reinstall your application, thus clearing your data so as to resolve any issues that may have arisen.
