New Feature: 【District Exploration】
1. Roll dice to move and trigger events to win [Earth Coin]. Events include plundering, stealing, chance encounters, and more.
2. The [Vehicle Evolution] tasks have been removed, and vehicles can now be activated using Earth Coins.
3. The [Mecha Warehouse] tasks have been removed, and some mechas can now be exchanged for Earth Coins.
4. The Thousand Draw Chest has been upgraded to the Ten Thousand Draw Chest, now available in the district.
5. New Perks added: Dice Privilege and Wealth Privilege.

【Adjustments & Optimizations】
1. The [Game Machine] and [City Events] systems have been removed; any remaining [Lottery Coins] will be converted via mail.
2. The first recharge and daily pack contents have been adjusted.
3. The Wish Summon now includes SSS+ heroes. The guaranteed pull for City/Empire/Bounty is 20, for Awakening/Reconstruct is 30, and for SSS+ Heroes is 40.

【Hero Balance Adjustments】
1. Virtuous Queen: Everlasting Blaze damage has been reduced.
2. Final Witch: Bear inherited stats have been reduced.
3. Astro-Prophet: Effects of Lucky and Ominous Star can now stack up to 4.
4. Attributes of Justice Angel, Flamefrost, Night Shade, and Wealth Immortal enhanced.
