Counselling at Instahelp is available at affordable prices and can be used from age 16.
Online psychologists and online counsellors offer professional and preventative help via Instahelp. They support your ability to master your day-to-day challenges – confidentially and, if required, anonymously too.
Online counselling at Instahelp is always right by you, taking place in a virtual consulting room which can be accessed anytime via apps for smartphones, tablets, computers and all regular browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari ...). So you can chat conveniently at home with your online psychologist or online counsellor (via text, video or audio). Through this we want to give a large number of people the possibility of access to professional, individual counselling.
