Ordering problems
I have ordered from McDonald’s but my order came incomplete I filed a complaint and still nothing has happened even though they are saying that they send a refund right away. And when you contact customer service they just assign the blame on another team within the company. Definitely ordering with Deliveroo next time.
Order 100052886 Milan from Burger King
Do not order from this app! We order 6 Burger King from this app and we received just 5. One Parmigiano Reggiano Burger Menu was missing! We call Burger King to inform them about this and we talked via messages with “Just Eat” to clarify what happened! They told us from the app that they will refund us the amount of this burger menu and they finally return us 3€ instead of 11,6€ for the next order.
Ridiculous! Never again!
